We work in a very structured manner. Our Team Structure is made up of Account managers, Product Development Merchants, Production Merchants, Fabric/Garment Quality Assurance Personnel and Logistics Managers.
An Account Manager handles customer orders and understands client requirements to ensure expectations are met. Product Development Merchants manage sampling, and all samples are checked before being sent to customers. After approval, Production Merchants take over through a handover meeting for smooth coordination. During production, quality inspections are conducted at 30%, 50%, and 100% stages. Once final checks are complete, packing lists and shipping documents are prepared. Products are then delivered worldwide through a strong air and sea logistics network.
